Industry — Professional Services
A website that justifies your rates.
Nobody pays $300 an hour to a firm whose website looks like a $50 template. The credibility mismatch costs you engagements before you ever get to pitch.
A typical build
$4,800Signature · one-time build fee
The build most firms land on: credibility-first, insight-driven, done once.
- Service pages with real process and outcomes
- Case studies with numbers
- Insights blog with CMS — publish yourselves
- Credentials and memberships, properly displayed
- Enquiry forms that qualify the lead
All prices AUD, ex GST.
Professional services is a trust business. Before a client pays your hourly rate, they need to believe you’re worth it — and that belief now forms on your website, often before they ever speak to you.
The pattern across Australian firms is consistent: practices charging premium rates running websites that wouldn’t pass for a sole trader’s. A slow, dated or template site signals a slow, dated or template service. You don’t get to find out how often it costs you — those prospects just never call.
The standard
What a professional services site has to get right
Credibility architecture
Credentials, certifications, memberships and media mentions placed where prospects actually look — not buried on an About page.
Service clarity
Each service gets its own page with process and outcomes. “We do tax” is weak. “We restructure to reduce your liability” is not.
Case studies with numbers
"Saved a client $50,000 in tax” beats “we provide tax services” every time. Outcomes sell; adjectives don’t.
Thought leadership
An insights section that answers the questions prospects search — and brings them to your door already half-convinced.
Design that projects confidence
Clean typography, intentional spacing, fast loads. Confidence, not decoration.
The numbers
The terms, in plain English.
Nothing upfront. Ever.
Nothing upfront. You see the design first. On approval, a 50% deposit begins the build; the balance is due at launch — the site goes live when the final payment lands. Walk away before approval owing nothing.
Hosting is free for most sites on our edge network. Large builds — e-commerce, web apps, 12+ pages — move to managed hosting from $49/mo. Cancel anytime; you own everything either way.
Edits: 30/60/90 days of free fixes per tier — anything broken, off-brief or not performing as agreed is fixed free. New pages, new features, restyling and routine content updates bill at standard rates ($150/hr, or HEKAWEB Care at $99/mo: hosting, monitoring, priority queue, up to 2h/mo of content updates), cancel anytime.
Handover: Private Git repository, cloud archive, and a signed IP transfer deed. The code is legally, provably yours.

Professional services questions
Yes — certifications, professional memberships, awards and media mentions are designed into the layout, with the prominence fee-paying clients expect to see.
Yes. Signature builds include a CMS, so partners and staff can publish articles without touching code. It’s the compound interest of professional services marketing.
It means what it says: one client per industry, per council area. If I build the website for a accounting or consulting firm in your council area, I won’t build one for a competing accounting or consulting firm in the same LGA. Your slot is reserved for good.
A typical professional services build is a Signature build at $4,800 — service pages, case studies, insights CMS, live in about 3 weeks. Sole practitioners start at Launch $2,400.
