About HEKAWEB

One studio. One client per industry, per council area. No templates.

I’m the developer behind HEKAWEB. I design and hand-code every site myself from the Central Coast, NSW — nothing outsourced, nothing templated. You talk to the person who writes the code.

The studio

One developer, no hand-offs

HEKAWEB is one person. I quote the job, design it, write every line of code, answer the phone and send the invoice. The studio sits on the Central Coast, NSW, and builds for businesses across Australia.

I hand-code because templates carry other people’s compromises: plugins you don’t need, code nobody can read, a layout a thousand other businesses already paid for. A hand-coded site has none of that. It’s fast, it’s legible, and when it’s done it’s yours.

The exclusivity works the same way. Agencies sell the same layout to every plumber in the state and call it a niche. I take one client per industry, per council area, and turn the rest away. It costs me work. It also means your designer never becomes your competitor’s designer.

A proper business site starts at $2,400 — Launch, up to 5 pages, one-time fee. You approve the finished design before you pay anything. If that’s more than you expected to spend, a builder subscription will genuinely do the job. It just won’t be yours.

You approve it before you pay for it

You approve the finished design before you pay a cent. If you don’t love it, you don’t pay — and you owe nothing.

  1. Design first. You see the finished design and revise it until you’re happy. No invoice exists before this point.
  2. 50% on approval. The first payment lands only after you’ve approved the design in writing.
  3. 50% at launch. The balance when the site is live and handed over — repository, cloud archive and IP transfer deed included.
