Three tiers, all one-time build fees in AUD, ex GST: Launch $2,400 (up to 5 pages), Signature $4,800 (up to 12 pages, CMS, copy polish included, custom animations), and Empire $9,600 (site + web app/PWA, priority build, 12 months managed hosting included). The full breakdown is on the pricing page.

Hosting is free for most sites on our edge network. Large builds — e-commerce, web apps, 12+ pages — move to managed hosting from $49/mo. Cancel anytime; you own everything either way.
30/60/90 days of free fixes per tier — anything broken, off-brief or not performing as agreed is fixed free. New pages, new features, restyling and routine content updates bill at standard rates ($150/hr, or HEKAWEB Care at $99/mo: hosting, monitoring, priority queue, up to 2h/mo of content updates), cancel anytime.

Area means council area (LGA). If I’m building for a plumber in Wyong Shire, I won’t take on another plumber there — your industry’s slot in your council area is yours while we work together. Ask, and I’ll tell you straight whether yours is open.
Most sites launch in 2–4 weeks, depending on pages and content. Larger builds — e-commerce, web apps — run longer, and you’ll get a firm timeline with the quote.
